Getting Started

INA connects you with licensed healthcare providers through a simple online assessment. After you complete a brief medical questionnaire, a board-certified provider reviews your information and determines the best treatment plan for your needs. If prescribed, your medication is compounded at a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. The entire process is designed to be convenient, private, and affordable.

INA treatments are available to adults 18 and older who reside in eligible states. During the assessment, your healthcare provider will evaluate your medical history, current medications, and health goals to determine if treatment is appropriate for you. Certain conditions may affect eligibility, but our providers will work with you to find the best path forward.

The online assessment typically takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You will answer questions about your medical history, current health, and treatment goals. Once submitted, a licensed provider reviews your information, and most patients receive a response within 24 hours. There are no video calls required unless your provider determines one is necessary.

No, INA does not require insurance. We keep things simple with transparent pricing, straightforward billing, and affordable generic options—making it easier than ever to take care of yourself. Our goal is to remove barriers to quality healthcare so you can focus on your health without worrying about coverage or claim denials.

INA currently serves patients in most U.S. states, and we are actively expanding our reach. Due to varying state regulations around telehealth and prescribing, availability may differ by location. During the sign-up process, you will be able to confirm whether services are available in your state. We recommend checking back frequently as we continue to add new states.

Treatments

INA offers a range of clinically-backed treatments for weight management, anti-aging, sexual health, and overall wellness. Our prescribers evaluate your specific needs and may recommend GLP-1 therapies, peptide treatments, NAD+ supplementation, or other evidence-based options. Every prescription is tailored to your medical profile and health goals.

All INA treatments are compounded in pharmacies that comply with 503B and USP <797> standards. This ensures the highest level of quality, sterility, and potency throughout the compounding process. Our pharmacy partners undergo rigorous inspections and maintain strict protocols to deliver safe, effective medications you can trust.

All INA affiliated providers are board-certified, U.S.-licensed healthcare professionals with experience in telehealth medicine. Our medical advisory board includes experts in endocrinology, internal medicine, anti-aging, men's and women's health, and more. Every treatment decision is made by a qualified provider who reviews your full medical profile.

INA prescribes both FDA-approved medications and compounded formulations. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies using FDA-approved active ingredients, customized to meet individual patient needs. While compounded drugs themselves are not FDA-approved as finished products, they are legally prepared under strict regulatory standards and prescribed by licensed providers based on clinical evidence.
