Our Commitment to Accessibility

INA, operated by Adsail LLC, is committed to ensuring that our website, telehealth platform, and digital services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to healthcare information and services, and we strive to provide a user experience that is inclusive, intuitive, and barrier-free. Accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing commitment that we integrate into every aspect of our digital presence.

Conformance Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and are organized around four core principles:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components are presented in ways that all users can perceive, including alternative text for images, captions for multimedia, and sufficient color contrast.
  • Operable: User interface components and navigation are operable by all users, including full keyboard navigation, adequate time to interact with content, and avoidance of content that could cause seizures or physical reactions.
  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface are understandable, with readable text, clear and predictable navigation, and input assistance for forms and interactive elements.
  • Robust: Content is robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies, with valid and well-structured code.

Measures We Have Taken

To support our accessibility goals, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML markup throughout our website to ensure proper document structure and navigation for screen readers and other assistive technologies
  • Alternative text descriptions for meaningful images, icons, and non-text content
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements to support users with low vision or color vision deficiencies
  • Full keyboard navigability for all interactive elements, including forms, buttons, navigation menus, and modal dialogs
  • Clear and descriptive link text, form labels, and error messages to assist users who rely on screen readers or other assistive technology
  • Responsive design that adapts to various screen sizes, zoom levels, and text scaling preferences
  • Ongoing testing with automated accessibility tools and periodic manual review to identify and address accessibility barriers

Assistive Technology Support

Our website and platform are designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. We use standard ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate to enhance the accessibility of dynamic content and interactive components. While we test with major assistive technologies, we recognize that the landscape of assistive technology is diverse and continually evolving, and we are committed to expanding our compatibility over time.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website or platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining accessibility barriers. Some third-party content, integrations, or embedded services may not be fully within our control, though we advocate for accessibility with our partners and service providers. If you encounter an accessibility issue, we encourage you to let us know so we can prioritize a resolution.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter barriers, have suggestions for improvement, or need assistance accessing any content or functionality, please do not hesitate to contact us. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will work to address reported issues in a timely manner.

When contacting us about an accessibility concern, it is helpful to include the following information:

  • A description of the accessibility problem you experienced
  • The web page URL or screen where you encountered the issue
  • The type of assistive technology you were using, if applicable (for example, screen reader name and version, browser type and version)
  • Your preferred method of contact so we can follow up with you

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to resolve reported issues as promptly as possible.
